Aging in stainless steel tanks for 3 months then 12 months in French oak barrels. The vines grow on granite soils at 550m.
Taste: Aabundance of fruit reminiscent of blackberry, blackcurrant and raspberry, joined by eucalyptus and liquorice. The palate is rich and very fresh.
Pairing:Perfect with a filet mignon of beef and homemade fries.
