Boletus Trufa Pate

This delicious pâté is made from two of the finest products in world cuisine: porcini mushrooms and truffles, on a cheese base.

This pâté can be spread on toast for an aperitif or used to make sauces to accompany meats, vegetables, potatoes, and can be added to risottos, omelettes, quiches, etc.

Ingredients: pasteurized white cheese, boletus edulis, fried onion, dehydrated mushroom, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, gelatin, spicy paprika, truffle and flavoring.
