Risoni Curry

Traditional risoni is a Greek pasta.

They're called that because they look so much like rice. They can also be found under the names Orzo or Kritharaki. These are curry-flavored!

They are cooked simply by adding a little cream at the end of cooking or in risotto, and go well with fish, meat or chorizo.
