Risoni

Traditional risoni is a Greek pasta.

They are so called because they look so much like rice. They can also be found under the names Orzo or Kritharaki.

Used as a salad base or cooked with a good tomato sauce and chorizo, they'll be a welcome change from your classic shell pasta. They're also perfect in risotto!
