The famous Matshi Sauce is now available at Bouiboui Shop!

This artisanal chilli sauce is produced from French organic pears and Hot Lemon yellow chilli. It has a delicate citrus scent and goes perfectly with fried foods, eggs, meat and fish. The Matshi Pear Sauce can also give a boost to all your sandwiches.

Composition: Pears (84%), vinegar (8%), habanero pepper (4%), sugar (2%), garlic (1%), salt
