This refined pâté combines cardoncelli mushrooms cultivated by Azienda Agricola Pietro Capone with intensely umami-flavored red miso. Its creamy texture and deep, enveloping flavor are enhanced by a crunchy note of “Filippo Cea” almond from Armienti Bio.
Ideal as a spread on crostini, toast or crackers for an elegant appetizer, but also as a condiment to enrich pasta, risotto or stir-fried vegetables.
Perfect with toasted sourdough bread, roasted mushrooms or a runny egg.
