A traditional and reasoned wine: manual harvesting and selection of the grapes at the foot of the vineyard, elaboration with must by pressing of the grapes intended for the best wines of the estate and without the need for malolactic fermentation. Denomination of Origin Ribeiro.

Taste: Fresh, fruity, herbaceous and floral aromas. Balanced, light and tasty.

Pairing: It goes very well with white meats, raw or cooked shellfish and grilled fish.
