Mexican cocoa beans are carefully transformed into chocolate in San Sebastian's first bean-to-bar workshop, where the cocoa is infused with this Basque vermouth, made with 30 different botanicals in the oldest distillery in the Basque Country.

Each ounce of chocolate reveals a perfect harmony between the richness of the cocoa fruit and the complex, herbal flavors of Manuel vermouth.
