Salty and spicy, fermented Chinese black beans have a unique, savory, and satisfying flavor. With fruity notes on a rich, miso-like base, this condiment adds a slightly spicy touch to any dish. The least spicy of the White Mausu range.

Use on: absolutely everything
Such as: eggs, vegetables, rice, noodles, steaks, wok.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, Chinese black beans (soybeans), sesame seeds, gochugaru, chili flakes, tamari (soybeans), crispy garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, organic raw cane sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, star anise.
