This sumac comes straight from the Akkar region in northern Lebanon, freshly prepared by Magali, a passionate native of the country.

Sumac is a little less well known than zaatar but just as addictive. It is obtained from dried brick-red berries with a fruity and sour taste. An alternative to lemon and vinegar that we will sprinkle almost everywhere!
