Yuzu Kosho is a yuzu chili paste, very popular with the Japanese for miso soup or sashimi. Nice balance between green chilli and the freshness of yuzu, without bitterness. It enhances seasonings, marinades or sauces. It accompanies grilled fish or meat, vegetables, beef tartars, but beware the chilli is powerful!
