Designed to accompany any classic dish such as veal blanquette or even a simple mashed potato, it brings just the right amount of heat without disturbing the balance of the dish.
The sauce uses ugly local pears, red onions, garlic and apple cider vinegar, combined with yellow Habanero peppers and a very subtle spice blend.
The production was limited to 612 bottles.
Ps: All the sauces produced are made from peppers that grow in Brussels in aquaponics! They also grow less than 2km from where the sauces are produced!
