Orecchiette Pasta

Orecchiettes are the most typical form of pasta in Apulian cuisine.

Round in shape, slightly hollowed out in the center like a spoon to take as much sauce as possible.

The orecchiettes can be served with a tomato and pecorino sauce or with garlic olive oil.
