The grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard in the area called Las Granjilla at about 800 meters above sea level. Fermentation of indigenous yeasts for 40 days. Perfect aging in used barrels and minimal intervention in the cellar.
Taste: Aromas of red fruits, flowers and spices. It is elegant on the palate, with fine, tasty and balanced tannins, with a good length in the mouth.
Pairing:Roast meats, charcuterie, cheeses.
