Complex smoky flavor of the best smoked chilies on the planet, paired with red onions, fresh Habaneros, apple cider vinegar, garlic and of course brown sugar and a well-balanced spice blend. It is the favorite sauce of vegans because it is reminiscent of the taste of grilled meat.
This sauce contains "Pimentòn de la vera" which is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) from Extremadura, in northern Spain. This chili is cured with holm oak smoke for two weeks, right after harvest, which gives it such a rich taste. Unlike chipotle, it is free of artificial flavors or additives of any kind. We say yes to pure smoke!
