Eugénie and Julien take their choice of ingredients seriously. They prepare their preserves with love and take the time to do things right.
For example, the chickpeas are slowly simmered in a real vegetable broth, they roast their tomatoes for several hours, they squeeze all the lemons themselves by hand or they peel the peppers one by one once they have been roasted in the oven... And you can feel it once you taste the products.
The sweetness of honey-roasted carrots, the floral notes of rosemary, the freshness of lemon juice, and the warmth of ginger on the finish. This carrot caviar will delight your taste buds.
Refrigerate the jars for a few hours before serving. Spread on a thin slice of bread, which you can toast beforehand for a crispier experience.
Of course, they ban from their recipe any ingredient that would not have had its place in our grandmothers' kitchens (preservatives, colorings, flavorings, etc.)
