Natural red wine, super light and easy to drink. It comes from the only urban wine estate in Bordeaux. It is produced in conversion to organic farming.
This wine has some tangy notes of red fruits such as cherry or raspberry with a touch of pepper on the finish, it will be perfect with a nice raclette.
4 varieties: 30% Négrette, 25% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 25% Cabernet Franc.
We recommend opening / decanting it one hour before tasting.
