Photography duo The Social Food have teamed up with an Italian producer to create a rosé balsamic vinegar.
Grapes bursting with sugar thanks to the Italian sun will give all its specificity to this vinegar. We particularly like it for tomato tatin tarts or simply in vinaigrette.
