This smoked chilli comes from the Extremadura region of Spain, specifically in La Vera. This powder has a very particular characteristic because the chilli is not dried in the sun, but in the traditional way, by burning oak logs to acquire an incomparable smoky flavor .
This paprika is not spicy and goes very well with scrambled eggs or on avocados.
