An artisanal recipe based on Wild Garlic that will go wonderfully well with your pasta, rice, potatoes, vegetables, fish, meat or simply spread on toast.
The picking is done by hand in the Pyrenees by a duo of women: Emmanuelle and Aurore.
It is called wild garlic in reference to a legend according to which, after hibernation, these mammals go in search of these leaves to purge themselves and fill up with vitamins!
Made in an artisanal workshop, the pesto is without additives or preservatives!
Composition: sunflower oil, dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, garlic, wild garlic, Béarn salt, pepper, Provence herbs.
