The product is obtained from the loin of Iberian pigs (or commonly called roast pork in cooking) that roam freely in the oak forests, where they feed on acorns, pastures and other products found on his place of residence.
It is characterized by its bright red color with streaks of infiltrated fat. It has a firm texture and intense flavor.
The lomo is presented on a 100g vacuum board. To draw at aperitif time!
