Preparation made with fir honey harvested in the Haut-Rhin forests and organic "Hot Lemon" or Lemon Drop peppers grown in France.
A unique preparation that first reveals notes of candied fruit and maple syrup from fir honey, slightly woody. The lemony flavor of the Hot Lemon pepper takes over to give way to the final heat.
The chilli pepper, a bit hot, has a slight taste of citrus fruits and more particularly of lemon. Originally from Peru, it is very popular there as a seasoning.
Limited Edition in collaboration with Matshi, the hot sauce by The Social Food. Each jar has been numbered by hand.
Mix well before each tasting. The texture of honey evolves over time, its crystallization is a natural phenomenon.
